GP: Update

I realize I've let the GP rejuvenation process slide over the last while. Doesn't mean it's not getting done, just means it's going much slower than anticipated.
Why?
I've taken on a couple of new jobs over the last few months and while I can now enter this recession we're sinking into (yeah, we're already there but haven't reached bottom yet) with a degree of confidence, it allows me what essentially amounts to an hour a week for all things GP. This includes server management which isn't a walk in the park.
Regardless, progress is being made and content aggregated.
I realize this forum became filled with topics on GP's inactivity. Soon that will change.
The direction of the new GP, since GP was always a community before a site, will reflect the forums. Inappropriate crap, porn, and the usual trash will no longer be posted. If you haven't noticed, both the Gallery and the Arcade were wiped out along with the old site.
We're looking for dedicated staff at the moment, primarily from the old member roster. PM me if interested.

Then we don't have a site but just a board. We could go that route, sure I can code the board to have additional features, but is that really what we need?
