Domains and Contracted Services
We do not register clients' domain names using that specific individual's contact information (name and address). Only by direct request and with the client's (or, in the event the client is under the legal age, with parental consent) permission will we alter the domain listings as they would appear in a WhoIs directory.

Internal Disclosure
General Management does not make your personal information, contact or otherwise, available in any shape or form to our partners, administrators, affiliates, or staff members regardless of situation or rank of the latter.

Full Disclosure to Lawful Authorities
If we find ourselves in a legal situation in which we are subpoenaed or otherwise requested to disclose our records towards a Federal investigation we will do so immediately. We pride ourselves as a community of law-abiding individuals and will not hesitate to aid lawful authorities in the apprehension or arrest of a suspect.

Aggressors
The above does not apply to individuals who have committed an act of aggression against Guilty Parties and/or it's administration.

Offsite/Offline Activities
General Management does not condone or take responsibility for any offsite and offline activity of members, clients, staff, or individuals otherwise deemed associated with Guilty Parties.

Censorship
Guilty Parties administration reserves the right to permanently remove or edit, at any time and without notice, if satisfied that there is inappropriate material that is:
(a) hate propaganda
(b) child pornography
(c) obscene
(d) dangerous to public peace or mentality
(e) designed to menace
(f) anything inappropriate
stored on and made available to the public by means of our site or services.
NOTE: Racial/Derogatory/Hateful comments that are meant to be taken in full context to cause a view of hatred towards any races,religion and or creed are not permitted. If it is a satirical manner to where the context of the comment can be construed as humor rather then sheer hatred, comments or posts of this type will be permitted in moderation.
